Dear hotel staff:
Thank you for making my stay memorable and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay at Roissy Hotel for three reasons. First, I thought the proximity to the grotto was its greatest strength. It made it possible for me to stay out late at night and return back to the hotel while feeling safe. Second, the condition of the room and bathroom were also new. Third, I enjoyed the breakfast. It was adequate in terms of its offerings. I especially thought that the croissants were beautiful. In terms of value for money and the above reasons, I would certainly return to the hotel in the near future when I make my next pilgrimage. A thank you to all staff at the hotel.

"Very helpful and Friendly staff - great value for money
I travelled with a party of 7 in total - our rooms were spacious, clean and daily cleaned. The staff were all very welcoming and Friendly and nothing was an issue. the location of the Hotel is superb - literally 2 min walk from gates of Grotto. The only issue we had was on our departure - the Taxi service they used was absolutely terrible - but I'm sure they've rectified that choice by now as the receptionists were very very apoligetic and helpful."

"Place to be in Lourdes
Aside from the well-kept rooms and proximity to the Lourdes Grotto, I particularly give more weight to the way the hotel staff deals with the guests. Since this is my second time to stay in Hotel Roissy, I am no longer surpised with the big rooms and good amenities but I am specially delighted how the front desk staff would help me with every question and request from the time I made a reservation via internet until we checked out from the hotel.
We were 12 in the group and one of the members of our group left her cellphone at the lobby. We are now over a hundred kilometers away from Lourdes but they assured me that they found the cellphone and kept it. As of writing this review, I am requesting Philippe Cabarry to send the cellphone to our next destination in Rome. I know my friend will be reunited with her phone again in Rome.
Hotel Roissy, this is the place to be in Lourdes! We will stay here again next year for our annual pilgrimage."

"A very cosy room. Basic, but good enough. The receptionist was a lovely friendly lady, who always had a smile for us. She's the slim lady with blonde hair tied in a ponytail. She made us feel very welcomed and allowed us to keep our luggage n hang around in the lobby after check out. Location was very good, just 5 mins to the grotto."
